Mix your letter patterns
Four words that all end the same way, or all start with the same letter, can make the puzzle feel harder to separate than you intended.
Watch repeated letters
A word like LEVEL uses only three unique letters. A few of these is fine, four at once can feel unfair.
Use accepted words

Theme it, don’t spell it out

A custom Quordle uses the same mechanics as the normal game: four boards, five-letter words, nine shared guesses split across all four. The only difference is you chose the four words instead of the game picking them.
